The name given to this weight loss exercise does seem like recess activity of kids but there's no denying that this is an effective exercise that will get your muscles burning and your heart pumping almost immediately. The video here should help you perform the exercise correctly. Thanks for this nice post!

  2. just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different browsers and both show the same results.
